  • Are your wipes durable?

    All of our wipes are woven with durability in mind, designed to withstand all the biggest cleaning challenges you will face from tough fur to sharp nails.

  • How many wipes are in a pack?

    Each of our packs include 100 ultra-durable, pre-soaked wipes.

  • How long does each pack last?

    Based on personal experience and feedback from our customers, it is safe to assume each pack will last approximately 2-4 weeks for one dog. If you have two dogs, cut that timeline in half, so be sure to stock up.

  • Can I use regular baby wipes for my dog, instead of Buddy Wipes?

    The pH level of human skin is highly different from dogs. So, the baby wipes mess up the balance and irritate your dog’s skin, causing rashes and attracting bacteria. Dogs also have a habit of licking their skin, which makes things worse by irritating their skin even more and ingesting the chemicals in the baby wipes, which are toxic for your dogs.


    The same reason you cannot use your own shampoo on your dog and the same reason you can’t give your own food to your dog, is the same reason you can’t use baby wipes on your dog.

  • Can I use your wipes to clean my dog’s ears or around their eyes?

    Of course, you can! Although they are made specifically for dogs, they are gentle enough for use with your cat too. Just be sure to avoid the areas around the eyes and ears, since Buddy Wipes are for external use only.     Our pet wet wipes are 25% larger than most wipes to accommodate dogs of all sizes.  You may need an extra wipe or two though, for extra-large dogs

    Environmental concerns were  at the top of our checklist when engineering the wipe itself. We are happy to say that our biodegradable wipes have been tested to effectively break down in only 6 weeks, compared to plastic wipes that take over 100 years to decompose!

  • If there are issues with my Buddy Wipes package, will it be replaced?

    No worries at all! We're so confident in our product that we offer a one-time 60-day replacement policy. If you have any issues with your wipes such as holes or damages to the product, send us a picture and we'll replace it for you. This is available to each customer once per order.

  • What do I do if I don’t like Buddy Wipes after I receive it?

    As part of our quality control policy Buddy Wipes sales are final and non-refundable. We generally do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product.
